RETURNS AND REFUNDS

CRITERIAS FOR OBTAINING A REFUND:

  1. The customer doesn't like the product.
  2. Received item (s) are wrong or defective.
  1. If the customer receives the item and does not like it, he / she can decide to request a monetary or voucher refund of the value of the item / items at the time of purchase (without the cost of shipping) within 14 days of receiving the package . After being approved, the customer will have to make the return with shipping at his own expense. 

    EXCEPTIONS: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards (digital gift cards).

  2. If the customer receives a wrong or defective item, he or she may decide to request a monetary or voucher refund of the value of the item / items at the time of purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. After being approved, the customer must return it with shipping costs charged to Oppositeboutique.com.

 

 

To request a refund / return you must send an email to contattaci@oppositeboutique.com specifying:

  • The order number 
  • The email used to place the purchase order
  • Reason for refund request: "You don't like the item" or "The item is defective or wrong"
  • If the item is defective or wrong, please attach photos or videos of the item. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload a video.

After verifying the conformity of the product received, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card institution may also take some time to process and record your refund.

You have 14 days after receiving the product to request a refund.

N.B. For a "Don't Like Item" refund, items must keep all tags and be in perfect conditions.

N.B. The return must first be approved by Oppositeboutique.com. If we receive an unapproved return we will not be able to offer you a refund.
